I didn't run into any issues installing this in my wife's XPS 13 9380 (8th gen i7). The mounting holes were all the right size, flanges and brackets correctly designed, etc. Seems to be a quality battery. Had about 75% charge when installed and charged up to full quickly. I should probably run a few cycles on it, but this machine basically stays plugged in all the time.
