Item arrived with next day delivery and as described. Fully compatible with my laptop and well packaged (arrived in a bubble sleeve). It appears to hold charge as well as my original dell laptop battery did when first purchased - no complaints - and was significantly cheaper than the £80 price charged for a like for like dell branded replacement.

Very slow delivery under dell-laptop-battery.net Prime.Battery arrived well packed and was partially charged so I could get up and running without an initial charge.So far this battery has performed well. I have fully charged and run it until I get "your battery is running low" message several times. No problems so far.

This is the second replacement battery for my laptop. Although this has the same camphor rating as the previous one it dies last longer. It gives a out 4.5 hours if use compared with 3 from the previous one (before it failed )This one fitted well.I am very please with it.

The battery arrived early and was was well packaged which was a big plus. I have had it for about a month now and although I only use my computer for browsing and making purchases emails etc. I use it every day and I find the computer will run for about 3.5 hrs and longer with battery saver if required.This pro battery is as good as the original when it was new so I am well pleased,How good is the durability of this pro battery who knows I am happy with it and I would certainly recommend this product and it is certainly value for money.
